SHONDA CONYERS,LCSW-C
Shonda Conyers, a Long Island, NY native, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Sciences Interdisciplinary from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She furthered her education with a Master's Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Shonda's extensive career in social work spans diverse settings, from serving as a case manager in foster care to assuming the role of a clinical supervisor. Her experience also encompasses inpatient and outpatient medical social work and behavioral health.
In 2011, Shonda established a private practice, driven by a passion to enhance the psychosocial well-being of individuals, couples, and families. Recognizing the heightened demand for culturally aware, evidence-based, yet holistic mental health services during the pandemic, she took a bold step by incorporating her practice, Seed and Harvest Counseling Services, LLC, in 2020. Shonda Conyers is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to address the evolving mental health needs of her community.

NINA A. ROBINSON,LCSW-C
Nina A. Robinson, LCSW-C, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Towson State University and a Masters degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Nina has extensive experience and expertise in mental health, including a trauma-informed care certification. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, families, and adults.
Nina is passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and develop the necessary skills to lead fulfilling lives. She is committed to servicing the needs of individuals across their life spans in the areas of trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, anger and stress management, relationships, family conflict, self-confidence, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and child and adolescent behavioral issues.
Nina is intrigued by the nature of self-awareness, self-healing, and the exploration of strategies for mental wellness. She aims to provide individuals with evidence-based interventions, clinical support, and guidance for managing their emotions and symptoms.
Nina has a spiritual foundation and believes in social, emotional, and mental stability and wellness. She believes in collective growth, actions, and outcomes. She lives by and teaches practices contributing to personal and spiritual growth and planting seeds for positive life changes. Nina feels that it is imperative to be mindful of the seeds sowed in your thoughts and actions as they influence the quality of your harvest- personal development, spiritual growth, wisdom gained, and a deeper understanding of oneself and the world. Nina upholds this perspective, encouraging self-awareness, mindfulness, and a sense of responsibility for one’s journey and its impact on oneself and others.
EMILY DOMINGO,LMSW
Emily is an energetic therapist who truly believes in the power of therapy and in vibing with your therapist. With two degrees in Social work, Emily knows that therapy isn’t a quick cure all: It’s a process. Healing is not linear, and neither is treatment. That’s why she is ready to be there with you in the highs and the lows, knowing that the lows are where we learn the most and that the highs are where we find seeds of confidence and clarity. With those we can develop a strong sense of self, and confidence in your ability to do hard things.
Emily enjoys working with a variety of communities including the LGBTQ community, young adults, couples, families, and people looking to modify their behavior. Emily’s main goal in her couples and family sessions is to increase communication and leave everyone feeling heard to solidify those connections. Similarly, in her individual sessions she aims for increased understanding and facilitating a conversation within yourself to solidify your sense of self.
